There is one subscription for access. The recurring price and billing interval are displayed in Stripe checkout before purchase. Your subscription renews until cancelled.
You can cancel from your subscription page. Cancellation stops future renewal; access continues until the end of the period already paid for. Failed or overdue payment locks access, including all previously saved documents, results, shifts, and payslips. You can still sign in to manage billing.
We retain your saved workspace data for 3 months after paid access ends, then delete it. Renew before deletion begins to restore access to the retained data. After deletion, it cannot be restored and a new subscription starts with an empty workspace.
This deletes saved workspace content. Your account identity, subscription records, and necessary billing and security records are separate. Cancelling a subscription does not delete your sign-in account.
